Ramadan 8 Weather: Moderate Weather Expected for Egypt on Saturday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderate weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Coast during Friday's daylight hours.

Moderately warm weather is also expected to hit North Upper Egypt, while South Sinai and South Upper Egypt will experience warm conditions.

Winds occasionally occur across the country.

The country will also witness mist, extending into fog, on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, Northwest Coast, and North Upper Egypt.

There is a chance of light rainfall will prevail occasionally in Northwest Coast, Canal Cities, and North of Lower Egypt.

Medium to heavy rain, thunderous sometimes, is expected to hit Northeast Coast and Sinai.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height varying between northeast and northwest surface winds.

The Red Sea will experience moderate to turbulent waves, ranging between 1.75 and 2.5 meters in height with northwest surface winds.

Extremely cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours and at the end of the nighttime.

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 23°C in Cairo, 20°C in Alexandria, 20°C in Marsa Matruh, 25°C in Sohag, 26°C in Qena, and 26°C in Aswan.
