MOSCOW, Dec. 21 (SEE)- Russian President Vladimir Putin announced during the 14th annual Q&A marathon on Friday that he plans to get married again.
A Russian reporter asked Putin concerning his marital status "When will Putin get married again, and to whom?" he questioned.
