On Wednesday, Poland’s Ministry of Defense announced that it has offered military aid to Ukraine amounting to 3 billion euros.

This comes as a response to the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia, with Poland stepping up its support for its neighbor in a bid to counter Russian aggression.

According to a report published on "Defense 24," the Polish defense ministry confirmed the substantial amount of aid being extended to Ukraine, stating, "The value of Polish military assistance to Ukraine has reached 3 billion euros."

This latest development builds upon Poland's previous efforts to bolster Ukraine's defense capabilities.

Back in April 2022, Warsaw provided military equipment worth 1.5 billion euros to Kyiv. Since then, Poland has increased its support, and the aid package has now reached a total of 3 billion euros, with an additional 500 million euros provided in the last three to four months.

It's worth noting that Russia has sent a memorandum to NATO member states, raising concerns about the supply of weapons to Ukraine. The Russian military has warned that any shipments of arms to Ukraine will be treated as a legitimate target.
