Egypt's Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli said that the State focuses on enabling the business environment to attract more international and domestic investments as well, during his meeting with the CEO of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones Hossam Haiba on Saturday.
Haiba informed Madbouli about the outcomes of his meetings with leaders of prominent international companies to discuss ways to pump new investments or expand their existing investments in Egypt.
The Prime Minister also held a meeting with Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tariq Al-Mulla to review projects implemented by the ministry.
Al-Mulla briefed Madbouli on the latest projects carried out by his ministry to deliver the products and raw materials required for local market usage and substitute imports of these items to serve the national economy.
The minister further highlighted refining and petrochemical projects, as well as oil sector infrastructure, are critical to supporting goals to secure and stabilize the supply of oil products to the domestic market.
