A spokeswoman for the US Department of Defense confirmed that North Korea's missiles launch destabilizes the region, after Pyongyang resumed its ballistic missiles launch.
" Launching these ballistic missiles continues to destabilize, and if they continue to do so, it will further destabilize the region," Defense Ministry Deputy Spokesperson Sabrina Singh added.
"Our commitment to South Korea and Japan remains strong," she added.
"We will always defend our allies and partners around the world, especially in the region, and we have called on North Korea to stop launching ballistic missiles," Singh said.
On Thursday, North Korea fired a short-range ballistic missile into the East Sea. The US State Department condemned North Korea's recent missile test, describing it as a threat to the region and the international community
