Palestinian President Mamdouh Abbas headed to Germany on Monday to undergo medical tests.
It is scheduled that Abbas will hold talks with German chancellor Angela Merkel, according to Palestinian presidency.
The 85-year-old leader has received treatment in Germany in the past, most recently in August of 2019.
