Omar Khairat to Perform at Cairo Opera House Next Week

Veteran composer Omar Khairat will perform two successive concerts at Cairo Opera House Grand Theater on May 15, and 16 on the occasion of Easter and Spring celebrations.

The musician will introduce several hits such as “Al Bakhil Wi Ana,” “Qadeyet Aam Ahmed,” “Feha Haga Helwa,” “Masaalet Mabdaa,” and “Aarfa.”

Last year, as part of the 30 Arab Music Festival activities, Khairat performed a marvelous live concert and dazzling classical musical night at Fountain Theater located at the Cairo Opera House on Nov.9.

The legendary composer accompanied by a renowned music orchestra opened their performance on the stage of the Opera Theater with Music of Egypt then closed with a soaring ‘Noum Fe Al Asal’, ‘Saber Ya’am Saber’, ‘Mafia’, ‘Zai ElHawa’, ‘Am Ahmed’ that stirred the crowd and probably blew a few minds Saturday night.

Khairat is one of the most significant Egyptian music composers, in addition, he succeeded in improving the music scene in Egypt with his outstanding compositions.

Moreover, the artist contributed with various singers and presented unforgettable theme songs for a huge number of TV series and films such as “Sokoot Hansawar,” “Dameer Abla Hikmat,” “Ghawayesh,” “Eedam Mayaet,” and others.
