Norway Detects 2 New COVID-19 Strain Cases

On Sunday, Norway detected two new COVID-19 variant cases which arrived from the UK.

The medical authorities of the state expressed that both cases arrived in the country earlier this month, and a number of guidelines will be delivered to their family members.

Early today, authorities in Madeira, Portugal confirmed that it detected the newly mutated virus in travellers who arrived there from the United Kingdom".

Dozens of countries around the world have placed restrictions on travelers from the UK since the variant was identified in southeast England.

The number of European countries that detected the new virus is increased to 12: France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, and Norway alongside the UK.
