One of the most populous places in which these festivities took place was the vicinity of the Cairo Tower and the bridges overlooking them; with the Nile River reflecting the fireworks display.

Finally, families were seen happy and celebrating, welcoming the new year with enthusiasm and optimism after a difficult year of global crises, which was harsh on them due to high inflation rates.

The fireworks witnessed today were of a special kind, one that had not been seen in Cairo before. It looked very similar to the Burj Khalifa fireworks, regardless of the difference in height.
