Brazil's icon and Saudi Al Hilal star Neymar announced his return to training with his team, on Monday after being sidelined with an ACL tear injury that took him out of action for almost a year.
Neymar moved from Paris Saint-Germain in a blockbuster deal in August 2023. But, he played only five matches before sustaining the injury during a match for Brazil last year.
"Happy to be back in the group," Neymar posted on Instagram, with pictures of him training.
Neymar conducted individual training in July, and he is now joining the group exercises.
His return to the field will depend on "his technical readiness and the coach's decision", a club official told AFP.
