Museum of Modern Egyptian Art to Host "Life and Meaning" Gallery

On Tuesday, the Museum of Modern Egyptian Art will host a new exhibition called "Life and Its Meaning" by the Egyptian artist Rasha Soliman.

The exhibits will be displayed at El Bab Hall and the opening will take place at 7 pm.

Soliman explained that her works always revolve around trees. Also, approaching trees and Cactuses are her main artistic themes.

This exhibition will be the last one in 2020, and it will take place between 22 December and 2 January 2021.

"Cactuses Dialogues," (1998) "Cactuses' Ballerina," (1999) and "Trees' Alphabet" (2001) are the names of her previous exhibitions.

"Life and Its Meaning" is her fourth exhibition and it will tackle also many themes related to Cactuses including the strength, simplicity, and system of such a wonderful plant.

Born in 1970, Soliman graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in 1994. She organized various inpidual exhibitions and participated in various group exhibitions.

Moreover, she won several prizes throughout her career.
