The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderate weather to prevail in Cairo and North Coast during Friday's daylight hours.
Moderately cold weather is also expected to hit Lower Egypt and North Coast.
Moreover, South Sinai and South Upper Egypt are also predicted to experience moderately warm conditions.
Winds occasionally occur in Cairo and South Sinai.
The country will also witness mist, extending into fog, on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, and North Upper Egypt.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 meter and 1.75 meters in height varying between northeast and southeast surface winds.
The Red Sea will experience moderate to turbulent waves, ranging between 1.5 meters and 2.5 meters in height with northeast surface winds.
Extremely cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours and at the end of the nighttime.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 19°C in Cairo, 18°C in Alexandria, 16°C in Marsa Matruh, 21°C in Sohag, 25°C in Qena, and 24°C in Aswan.
