Veteran Egyptian actress Mervat Amin has signed on to star in the TV series "Joma."
It is scripted by Ahmed Sobhy, directed by Mohamed El-Nokaly, and produced by Mahrous El Masry.
"Joma" consists of 15 episodes and is s3t to debut on a video-on-demand streaming service.
Amin made her last onscreen appearance in the TV series "Milehah".
The cast also includes Diab, Hanan Sulieman, Ashraf Zaki, Marwa Anwar, Mohamed Diab, Amir El-Masry, and more.
The series consists of 15 episodes and hails from director Amr Arafa and screenwriter Rasha Ezzat Al-Gazzar.
"Milehah" is centered around the Israeli–Palestinian conflict and was screened during the Ramadan 2024 drama marathon.
Amin portrayed Hanan, the mother of Diab and Amir El-Masry.
