Matthew Perry's Official Death Certificate Revealed

A few hours ago, the official death certificate of trending actor Matthew Perry was revealed.

Posted by The Blast, the death certificate showed that Perry's official cause of death is being deferred pending toxicology reports, which could take several weeks to determine. 

The document also showed Perry's industry as 'Entertainment' and his stepfather Keith Morrison as the 'informant' as he was the one who provided the authorities of Perry's information.

Last week, Matthew Perry, known for his "Chandler Bing " role in "Friends," was farewelled by his 10-season sitcom "Friends" co-actors who sadly gathered to honor him.

The private memorial ceremony took place at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles.

His father, John Bennett Perry, and stepfather, Keith Morrison, were watched at the Forest Lawn Church of the Hills on Friday, alongside Friends co-stars, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer and Matt LeBlanc.
