Chelsea decided to keep Frank Lampard as the coach of the team despite the continued losses, media outlets indicated on Thursday.
Lampard lost all his five matches with the Blues, including yesterday's 2-0 loss to Brentford in the Premier League.
The reports added that the Blues prefer appointing a new coach at the beginning of the new season to have the required time for preparations.
Currently, the Blues are holding 11th place on the table of the Premier League with 39 points.
Next week, Chelsea will be hosted by Arsenal for a hard and tough Premier League game.
