Kenyan President William Ruto valued President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's effective chairmanship of New Partnership for Africa’s Development Agency (NEPAD), stressing that he achieved ramarkable achievements.
In his word during African Union (AU) Mid-year coordination meeting, Ruto also thanked President Sisi for hosting successful COP27 summit in Sharm El-Sheikh, which contributed to solving the biggest existential challenge to the humanitarian aspect.
Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi arrived in Kenyan capital, Nairobi to take part in African Union (AU) 5th Mid-year coordination meeting set for Sunday.
It is worth mentioning that, Sisi delivered a speech at the event to shed light on Egypt’s plans and efforts on helping counter the negative impacts of climate change on African countries.
The President also held talks with his Kenyan counterpart, William Ruto, to discuss mechanisms for boosting bilateral ties between Egypt and Kenya and mull the latest developments on regional issues of common interests.
