Iraqi superstar Kadim Al Sahir announced Friday a change in venue for his upcoming concert in Egypt on Friday, June 28.
The venue has been switched from the country's most iconic monuments, the Djoser's Step Pyramid in Saqqara to Cred Land in New Cairo.
The event, organized by Venture Lifestyle x Falcons, comes as a part of the acclaimed singer's "Now and Then" world tour.
It marks the acclaimed singer's first performance in Egypt in two years.
In August 2022, Al Sahir presented his first performance in the country after nearly 12 years since holding his last show in the North Coast in 2009.
Kadim Jabbar al-Samarai, known by Kadim Al Sahir, was born on September 12, 1957, in Mosul, Iraq. He is a singer, actor, composer, and songwriter.
The musician has been dubbed The Caesar of Arabic songs and Iraq’s Ambassador to the world.
Al Sahir had established himsel, since he launched his career, as one of the most successful singers in the history of the Arab World.
Releasing numerous albums and touring extensively, Al Sahir has landed his place as both a high-grossing superstar and a respected musical artist.
The acclaimed singer’s reputation continued to grow through collaborations with European and North American artists, including Sarah Brightman and Lenny Kravitz.
