The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts extremely hot and humid weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Sunday.
Hot and humid weather is also predicted to hit the North Coast.
Winds will be active across the country.
The experts also foresaw the country will experience an increase in humidity which will enhance the feeling of the heat.
Furthermore, there will be a disturbance in both seas. The Mediterranean Sea will experience turbulent waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2.5 meters in height varying between northeast and northwest surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be trubulent, ranging between 1.5 and 2.5 meters with northwest surface winds.
Moreover, most parts of the country will experience moderately hot and humid weather at nighttime.
Moderate and humid weather is also predicted to prevail in the North Coast.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 36°C in Cairo, 31°C in Alexandria, 30°C in Marsa Matruh, 38°C in Sohag, 41°C in Qena, and 41°C in Aswan.
