Jordan and Saudi Arabia discussed aspects of cooperation in the various fields of energy between the two countries, and stressed their keenness to develop and enhance this cooperation in a way that serves the common interests of the two countries and the two peoples.
This came during a meeting between Jordanian Prime Minister Dr. Bisher Al-Khasawneh,and Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Riyadh, on Monday.
Both officials stressed the fraternal and historic relations between the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Energy, Dr. Saleh Al-Kharabsheh, Minister of State for Prime Ministerial Affairs, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Jazi, Jordanian Ambassador to Riyadh, Haitham Abu Al-Foul, and Saudi Ambassador to Jordan, Nayef bin Bandar Al-Sudairi.
