Indian Billionaire Gautam Adani, Founder and Chairman of the Adani Group, lauded a meeting with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on Thursday.
“An honour to have met President Sisi and his ministers on his visit to India and hear from him about his ambitious development plans for Egypt,” Adani wrote on Twitter, attached with a photo of him and the Egyptian leader.
Furthermore, Adani highlighted that there are great possibilities in the energy, digital, as well as ports, and logistics sectors. “We look forward to engaging.”
El-Sisi attended the public celebrations of India's 74th Republic Day along the Kartavya Path in the presence of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Droupadi Murmu.
This comes in line with El-Sisi's three-day visit to India that began on Tuesday.
Modi called the visit "historic" and a "matter of immense happiness" to the Indian people. The Prime Minister asserted that the two sides will establish a long-term framework for comprehensive cooperation in political, security, economic, and scientific fields under their strategic partnership.
