The Ministry of Immigration implemented several programs to fight the illegal immigration in Egypt in cooperationcooperation with the World Food Program.
Dr. Saber Soliman, the Assistant of the Minister of Immigration for Institutional Development announced that the programs implemented by the ministry comes as a part of the Government’s project for 2018-2022 “Misr Tantalek.” In the light of the Sustainable Development Plan Egypt 2030.
Also, the ministry prepared many programs to spread awareness between mthe youth and to spread family awareness, besides the positive alternate opportunities programs and the entrepreneurship programs.
Soliman added that the Ministry of Immigration held several protocols with the concerned authorities pointing to the ministry’s achievements in this file.
He mentioned that the trainers accreditation program has been implemented to prepare the youth and disseminate the science and culture.
The Ministry of Immigration is working in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and the World Food Program to spread awareness about the dangers of illegal immigration and safe nutrition in Egypt’s Governorates.
Wael Farag, the Director General of Planning and the Monitoring of the illegal immigration at the Ministry of Immigration mentioned that the one term community schools teachers in Luxor have been trained to spread the awareness about the dangers of the illegal immigration where 24 schools have been targeted from the one term community schools in Luxor.
Farag pointed that it aims to target the children dropping out of school, the families and the youth as a part of the implementation of the cooperation protocol with the World Food Program.
Farag drew the attention to the programs prepared to spread awareness between the technical education students about the dangers of the illegal immigration as a part of the cooperation protocol with the Ministry of Planning, Monitoring and Administrative Reforming “Sustainable Development Unit – Egypt’s Vision 2030.”
The programs will be implemented in collaboration with the civil society organizations in the Gharbia Province; 15 awareness courses were held for 375 people from the technical education students and graduates in Zefta and ElSanta.
