Hundreds Gather for Christmas Marathon for Charity in London

Hundreds of people headed to the streets of London in festive Christmas costumes to participate in special event for charity. 

The event, that gathered skateboarding, bikers, and wheelchair users, is considered one of the biggest Christmas events in the English capital.
