The Ministry of Higher Education announced on Thursday the dates of universities' final exams dates and measures amid the third wave of Coronavirus in Egypt.
The new decisions were announced after the Supreme Council of Universities meeting headed by Dr. Khaled Abdel Al Ghaffar.
The council highlighted that the final exams will be held from June to July in all universities with strictly applying protection measures to preserve the safety of students and staff members including wearing facial masks, applying social distances, and placing a small number of students in each venue.
It also directed the universities to announce the exames' schedules as soon as possible for providing the students with fine time for studying.
Moreover, the council highlighted the necessity of increasing the number of online classes to reduce the face to face engagement in the universities.
