The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that the country will continue experiencing a rise in the temperature on Monday.
Extremely hot weather is also predicted to prevail in most parts of the country and hot weather to hit the South Sinai.
Wind will be active in South Upper Egypt, stirring sand and dust in Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height varying between northwest and southeast surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Moreover, most parts of the country will experience moderately hot weather at nighttime.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 41°C in Cairo, 33°C in Alexandria, 35°C in Marsa Matruh, 43°C in Sohag, 43°C in Qena, and 45°C in Aswan.
