Hala Shiha has startled her fans and followers by deleting all of the postings from her official Instagram page.
Shiha also changed her profile picture to a picture of herself without a veil.
The 43-year-old didn't explain the reason behind the move, however, she posted an Instagram story, saying: "I am every woman maybe I prefer not to talk at the moment but I will speak my mind and let every woman out there to know she is not alone in whatever she feels or she is going through all the struggles we share are the same."
Earlier this month, Shiha has come under backlash after she shared on Instagram a video with her children.
The footage shows Shiha in her home shooting a video of her daughters playing. It also showed the former actress' reflection in front of a mirror without her veil.
Shocked fans took to comments to express their concerns, saying: “It looks like you have taken off the veil again,”.
“God willing, that this isn't a preapprehension for your removal of the veil.” another commented.
The footage also sparked speculations about the former actress' separation from her husband, Islamic preacher Moez Masoud.
Social media users speculated that the couple divorced after Shiha was seen out and about alone on more than one occasion.
In 2021 February, the couple signed the ‘aqd qiran’ — an Islamic marriage contract that is considered an integral part of an Islamic marriage and outlines the rights and responsibilities of the groom and bride or other parties involved in marriage proceedings under Shariah — in a ceremony limited to their families and relatives.
They tied the knot after a love story and engagement that lasted for several months. In December 2020, the duo confirmed their romance after speculations.
