Today, Google celebrated World Earth Day as part of Google's efforts to fight climate change and the impacts of global warming.
The giant search engine highlighted the threat of climate change to humanity through its special doodle.
Google said: “Today’s annual Earth Day Doodle highlights how individuals and communities can work together in ways big and small to take action against climate change. On this day, people around the world honor the achievements of the environmental movement and reflect on areas where further climate justice is needed."
This animated doodle depicted daily actions that we can do to help in saving our nature such as saving energy, using clean energy, planting, recycling, and being green.
The statement added that the hand-drawn items presented a set of daily actions that people can take to make a real difference. "Around the world, people are increasingly looking for ways to be more sustainable."
