Gold prices rose in the local market today Wednesday during the mid-day trading.
Engineer Saeed Embabi, Executive Director of the “iSagha” platform, said that gold prices in the local markets rose by about 55 pounds during today’s trading, as the price of a gram of 21 karat gold recorded 3,755 pounds, while an ounce rose by 5 dollars to record 2,639 dollars.Embabi added that a gram of 24 karat gold recorded 4,291 pounds, a gram of 18 karat gold recorded 3,219 pounds, while a gram of 14 karat gold recorded about 2,504 pounds, and a gold pound recorded about 30,040 pounds
