Gold prices decreased in local markets during Monday's trading, while the ounce dropped slightly on the global stock market, after a wave of unprecedented rises during the past week.
Saeed Embabi, Executive Director of the “iSagha” platform, said that gold prices decreased by about 20 pounds during today’s trading, as the price of a gram of 21 karat gold recorded 3,150 pounds, while an ounce dropped by about 3 dollars to record 2,176 dollars.
Embabi added that a gram of 24 karat gold recorded 3,600 pounds, a gram of 18 karat gold recorded 2,700 pounds, while a gram of 14 karat gold recorded about 2,100 pounds, and a pound of gold recorded about 25,200 pounds.
