Ghada Abdel Razek to Participate in Ramadan 2025 Drama Marathon

Egyptian actress Ghada Abdel Razek shared an update on her upcoming projects.

In a statement, Abdel Razek revealed that she is preparing for a new TV series, which she plans to participate in during the Ramadan 2025 drama marathon.

Abdel Razek participated last Ramadan with the TV series "Sayd Al Aqarab". The cast also includes Ahmad Maher, Ryad El Khouly, Simone, Mohamed Alaa, Mayar El Ghity, and more. 

The 15-episode series hailed from scriptwriter Baher Dowaidar and director Ahmed Hassan.

The actress added she is also attached to star in the film “Al Baqaa lil Afdal".

Bayoumi Fouad and Ahmed Adam will also star in the pic. It marks Abdel Razek's comeback to the big screen after five years of absence.

Abdel Razek, born on July 6, 1965, studied computer science at Cairo University. She started her career on television with several appearances in television commercials.

She started getting film roles in the early 1990s and scored her first major role in the 1999 film “Lamadah” (Chatterbox).

Abdel Razek is known for her roles in TV productions such as "Ya Regal Al-Alem Etahido" (2000), "Aailat Al Hajj Metwaly” (2001), "Batta W Akhwatha" (2004), "Al-Batniya" (2009), “Ma’a Sabq Al Israr” (2012), "El Kabous" (2015), “Hekayet Kayat” (2013), and "Al-Sayyeda Al-Oula" (2014).

She is also known for her performances in theatrical productions such as “Al Ikhwa Al Andal” (The Wicked Brothers), and “Houda Karama”.

In 2003, Abdel Razek took part in the Ramadan trivia show “Farah Farah” (Joy Joy).
