Germany Provides Ukraine With Patriot Missiles

On Friday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine had received its third batch of Patriot anti-aircraft missiles from Germany, with the Ukrainian crew completing their training on the system.

In a video address reported by the news agency Ukrinform, Zelensky stated that he met with military leaders regarding Ukraine's missile program.

He issued a stern warning to Russia, emphasizing that the Kremlin will not escape accountability for its actions.

The Ukrainian president praised the air defense agreements Ukraine has secured with its partners, highlighting the significant step in bolstering the country's defensive capabilities.

He expressed gratitude to Germany for the delivery of the Patriot missile system, marking the beginning of a new phase in Ukraine's air defense strategy.

Zelensky also conveyed confidence in Ukraine's ability to counter Russian missile threats, stating that there are no Russian missiles Ukraine cannot intercept.

He asserted that Ukraine is doing everything possible to ensure Russian forces face significant losses.
