French Amb. Hails 'Deep' Relations Btw Cairo, Paris

French Ambassador to Cairo Eric Chevallier emphasized the depth of the cooperative relations between his country and Egypt in all fields.

This came during the reception hosted by the French Embassy on Sunday evening on the occasion of the National Day, attended by several ministers, ambassadors, and diplomats.

He stated that France is deeply committed to the stability and prosperity of Egypt, which is an extremely important country for the Arab world.

Regarding regional and international situations, he explained that France and Egypt share the same goals that must be achieved immediately by ending the suffering of civilians in Gaza, and in the long term by implementing a permanent political solution that meets the legitimate aspirations of the people without delay.

Moreover, he affirmed that both countries are tirelessly working together to achieve this.

Furthermore, French ambassador also mentioned that his country will host the upcoming Olympic and Paralympic Games.
