Badr Abdel Aty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration, and Egyptian Expatriate Affairs, affirmed that Egypt is the pillar of stability in this region, which is rife with conflicts, and its regional and international role is clearly visible and well-known.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs said in media statements, after taking the constitutional oath before President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, “We live in a region rife with conflicts and crises from all directions, and the Egyptian state is firmly established and strong.”
He added that the first investment conference of its kind between Egypt and the European Union was preceded by the signing of the joint declaration to launch a strategic and comprehensive partnership between Egypt and the European Union, and all of this was the result of Egypt’s stability, cohesion, pioneering regional role, and international role.
He explained in statements to Cairo News Channel that the European Union and Western partners have not found a country they can rely on to maintain security and stability and be the pillar of stability like Egypt, and this is also the situation with the rest of the countries of the world, which are keen for the Egyptian role to be important and active so that a succession of more crises does not occur in the region. than what already exists.
