Badr Abdel Aati, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, discussed with His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, the growing relations between the two countries, and the aspiration for further progress in enhancing investment and trade cooperation between them.
This came on the sidelines of the Minister's participation Friday, in the activities of the Sir Bani Yas Forum in the UAE.
The two ministers also discussed the latest developments regarding the crisis in the Gaza Strip and the ongoing escalation in the West Bank and Lebanon.
The meeting also touched on a number of regional issues in the Arab region and the African continent, including the Sudanese crisis, the Horn of Africa, and the situation in Libya.
