45 countries participate in the Fencing World Cup in Cairo

45 countries are participating in the Fencing World Cup for men and women (individual and team) to be held from 23 to 26 February in the New Administrative Capital.

368 players (202 men and 166 women) will participate in the tournament, in addition to the technical, administrative and medical staff, bringing the number of attendees to Egypt to more than 500 foreign guests, making the tournament a record number of attendees from outside Egypt.

A total of 202 players representing 37 countries are participating in the men's weapon competition: Argentina, Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, France, Great Britain, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Italy, Jordan, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Lebanon, Mali, Poland, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Senegal, Singapore, Serbia, Slovakia, Chinese Taipei, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, United States of America, Uzbekistan and Egypt.

While 166 players representing 35 countries will participate in the women's shish competition
