On Sunday, the Farouk Hosny Foundation for Culture and Arts announced the lists of the finalists who will participate in the Art Awards group exhibition.
The foundation received 1959 artworks for the foundation's 5th Art Awards five competitions (Painting - Sculpture - Photography - Art Critique - Architecture), alongside the Grand Merit Award.
In addition, the number of participants reached 1000 artists from various parts of Egypt.
The names of the winners of the 5th Art Awards will be announced during a prize ceremony with the opening of a group exhibition for the competitions' finalists at the El Gizira Arts Center.
