On Monday, the Farouk Hosny Foundation for Culture and Arts announced the names of Fine Art Criticism award jury members for the upcoming edition of Art Awards.
The names of the jury members are Amal Nasr, professor and head of the Painting Department, Faculty of Fine Arts - Alexandria University, Hani Abul-Hassan, Professor of Medicine - Faculty of Arts, Alexandria University, Mustafa Issa Ahmed, artist and plastic critic, Tarek Abdel Aziz, Fine Art Critic and Writer, Akhbar Al-Youm Foundation, and Fatima Ali - writer and plastic critic, Cairo newspaper.
During the first meeting at the headquarters of the Farouk Hosny Foundation for Culture and Arts, the jury members started setting the standards of the upcoming contest of the Fine Art Criticism Award for 2022.
The total value of the prize is EGP 60,000, EGP 30.000 for the first place, EGP 20.000 for the second one, and EGP 10.000 for the third. In addition, there are a number of honorary certificates for unique projects.
