Egyptian world-class swimmer Farida Osman achieved a new glory in the swimming world after winning the bronze medal at this year's FINA world championships taking place in South Korea. Osman earned her medal in the 50-meter Butterfly swim.
Osman won third place in the final race after reaching the finish line within 25 seconds and 47 milliseconds.
She came third after Swedish swimmer Sarah Swistrom, who won the gold medal after achieving a time of 25 seconds and 0.2 milliseconds and in second place came Dutch swimmer Ranomy Kromogdegeo in 25 seconds and 35 milliseconds.

The young Egyptian swimmer hoped to achieve a new glory after she gave Egypt its first-ever medal at the swimming World Championships, winning bronze in Budapest 2017 in the same 50m butterfly event.
