The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts extremely hot weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Wednesday.
Hot weather is also predicted to hit the North Coast.
Wind will be active occasionally across the country.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2.25 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Moreover, most parts of the country will experience moderately hot weather at nighttime.
Moderate weather is also predicted to prevail in the North Coast.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 37°C in Cairo, 31°C in Alexandria, 29°C in Marsa Matruh, 40°C in Sohag, 43°C in Qena, and 47°C in Aswan.
