Extremely Hot, Humid Weather Prevails across Egypt on Monday, Cairo 38°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that the country will continue experiencing a rise in the temperature on Monday.

Extremely hot and humid weather is also predicted to prevail in most parts of the country during the daylight hours.

Hot and humid weather is also expected to hit the North Coast.

Wind will be active occasionally across the country.

The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads to Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, and Central Sinai.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.25 meters in height with northwest surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height varying between northwest surface winds.

Moreover, most parts of the country will experience moderately hot and humid weather at nighttime.

Moderate and humid weather is also predicted to prevail in the North Coast.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 38°C in Cairo, 34°C in Alexandria, 31°C in Marsa Matruh, 42°C in Sohag, 43°C in Qena, and 45°C in Aswan.
