Experts of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expect cold weather to prevail across the country on Saturday.
It will be chilly weather in most parts of the country at night.
Frost accumulates on plants in the middle section of the Sinai Peninsula.

However, snow blankets Saint Catharine City in the southern part of Sinai.
Light to moderate northwesterly winds blows over the hours to come in most parts of the country.
There is a chance to rain to fall on the southern coasts of the Red Sea.
The experts forecast the Mediterranean Sea will see moderate conditions, waves swell to 1.5-2 meters and surface northwesterly winds blow up there.
The Red Sea sees the same conditions as the daytime progresses.
Dr. Mahmud Shaheen, Director of Analyses and Forecast at the EMA, said that temperature degrees are expected to rise by 5 C over the next 72 hours as of today, Saturday up to Tuesday.
He assured that weather conditions will stabilize during the days to come.
The period of sunshine will increase and the speed of the winds reduce in most areas.
But thick fog will continue to hang on the rural inner parts and districts near the water body.
Because its boundaries extend from the Mediterranean Sea in the north to Sudan in the south, its climate varies greatly. Although some tourists venture into the searing heat of the Sahara desert, most confine their travels to the Red Sea coast and the Valley of the Nile.

Around Alexandria and the resorts that fringe the Mediterranean, summertime temperatures usually peak at around 31 Celsius (87F) but further south, in Aswan, temperatures average 41 Celsius (106F).

But it should also be pointed out that January and February can be quite chilly months in Cairo and along the northern half of Egypt’s Red Sea coast.
Dust-laden winds may affect almost any part of the country between late March and June. These can give some very unpleasant conditions at times.
