CAIRO, SEPTEMBER 18th(SEE): World Know Spanish Golf Champion Celia Barquín Arozamena was found dead on an Iowa golf course. Barquín, , won the European Ladies' Amateur championship in July and was a leading student athlete at Iowa State University.
The crime was discovered when Golfers at the Coldwater Golf Links in Ames located a left out golf bag on the course early on Monday. then shortly Barquín was found dead by the police.
Police in the Iowa city of Ames said they had stated that the Golf Champion died following an assault. Later on Tuesday the police charged Collin Daniel Richards, with her murder, with more details to be revealed later on today.
