Euro, Pound Sterling Drop against Egyptian Pound .. Dollar Remains Stable

Major Foreign currencies exchange rates declined against the Egyptian pound throughout the week, as the exchange rates of the euro and the British pound fell against the Egyptian currency, while the US dollar stabilized.

The price of the US dollar stabilized, according to the latest update in the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), recording EGP 30.83 to buy and EGP 30.95 to sell.

The exchange rate of the euro against the Egyptian pound in the Central Bank recorded EGP 33.45 to buy and EGP 33.59 to sell, a decrease of 28 piasters compared to last Thursday’s closing price.

The exchange rate of the pound sterling against the Egyptian pound in the Central Bank reached EGP 38.41 to buy and EGP 38.57 to sell, compared to EGP 39 at the closing price last Thursday, a decrease of 43 piasters.

The exchange rate of the Swiss franc against the Egyptian pound at the Central Bank today reached EGP 34.32 to buy and EGP 34.47 to sell.
