On Saturday, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said all EU countries had agreed to a proposal by the Commission to provide 18 billion euros in total financial aid to Ukraine next year.
She added on Twitter that "Money disbursed regularly, to help with urgent repairs and pave the way to reconstruction," stressing that the reconstruction will put Ukraine on the path to joining the EU.
The President of the Commission noted that the EU has provided more than 19 billion euros to support Kyiv this year.
