The European Union (EU) plans to launch a new system of travel certificate as of July 1 to facilitate moving of passengers between the countries of the bloc.
Citizens of countries outside the EU can submit to get the certificate as they can't get that certificate automatically even they are admitted into a member country of the EU according to the Associated Press, a UA news agency.
This decision of the EU comes as the United States of America (USA) nears to lift restrictions of travelling related to the Coronavirus (known also as COVID-19) to the EU, Britain, Canada and Mexico, as a White House official revealed to the Financial Times.
