The Egyptian Survey Authority (ESA) announced that Egypt will witness a lunar eclipse in March 2025.
The authority revealed that the sky event will take place on March 14, 2025 and it will mark the 14th day of Ramadan. It will be at 6 pm, and will end at 12:00 am.
Last Month, Egypt witnessed a partial Lunar Eclipse.
The event was observed in the majority of USA, Canada, and Mexico cities, in addition to Central America, Latin America, the Atlantic Ocean, Europe and Africa.
The sky event lasted for an hour and three minutes.
Two main types of eclipses can be observed from Earth: lunar and solar. In a lunar eclipse, Earth is between the Sun and the Moon. In a solar eclipse, the Moon is between the Sun and Earth.
