Following Liverpool’s 3-1 home win against Arsenal on September 28, Mo’s kind gesture was caught on CCTV.
Footage showed the Liverpool ace stepping in when he saw a group of yobs harassing old homeless David Craig, ticking them off, then handing £100 to the delighted man after saving him from the bullies, according to The Sun.
“Mo was every bit as wonderful as he is for Liverpool on the pitch." Craig said.
“He heard what a group of lads were saying to me, then turned to them and said, ‘That could be you in a few years’", he added. “I only knew I wasn’t hallucinating when Mo incredibly handed me £100. What a complete legend.”
