Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi inspected Friday, the fields of Petrobakr Petroleum Company in the Ras Ghareb area in the Red Sea Governorate to support and motivate workers to exert more effort as they are the backbone of the production process that aims to increase Egypt's production of oil and natural gas to meet the needs of the local market.
The tour began with Badawi inspecting the start of work on the land drilling rig of the Egyptian Drilling Company, which is currently drilling a production development well "Arta 92" of Petrobakr Petroleum Company. Petroleum Company.
The team explained that the drilling rig will start drilling today, until it reaches a depth of 4,000 feet, and it is planned to put it into production after completing the drilling work at a production rate of about 350 barrels of oil per day.
