The exchange rate of the Russian rouble recorded 23.01 to every 10 Egyptian pounds, at a rate of 2.31 Russian rubles per Egyptian pound.
The EGP/RUB recorded on Saturday 2.31 from 2.24, earlier in the week.
The decision of the Russian Central Bank to set the official rates of the rouble against nine new foreign currencies, including the Egyptian pound, generated great optimism in the Egyptian market, due to its impact on increasing demand for the Egyptian pound.
