Egypt wins a gold medal, 4 silver medals and a bronze in the Mediterranean games

Egypt was able to win 6 medals at the Mediterranean games held in Spain, with Farida Othman winning a gold medal in the 50 meter butterfly swimming competition, while Abdelrahman El-Araby was able to win a silver medal in the 200 meter butterfly swimming competition.

In the weightlifting competition Mostafa Wahid was able to win a silver medal in the 69 class, while Ahmed Amar would a silvermedal in shooting.

In Karate fighter Ahmed Shehata was able to win a silver medal in the above 84 kg class, while Ahmed El Masry was able to win a Bronze medal in the 84 kg category. Adding up to 6 medals on the second day of the competition.
