Egypt has expanded its humanitarian operations in the Gaza Strip, delivering thousands of food parcels and winter relief items to displaced families as part of the ongoing “Hearts Beyond Borders” campaign.

A newly established medical clinic has begun operating in Gaza, adding crucial support to the existing field hospitals working to alleviate the growing strain on the enclave’s collapsing healthcare system. The initiative aims to provide essential medical services and treatment for patients and the wounded amid continued Israeli attacks and severe shortages of healthcare resources.

The medical reinforcement coincides with intensified humanitarian assistance, reflecting Egypt’s sustained commitment to supporting the people of Gaza. Egyptian aid efforts—which have continued uninterrupted throughout the conflict—have significantly increased in recent days, providing both health and relief supplies to civilians across the territory.

The “Hearts Beyond Borders” campaign was launched nearly two weeks ago in the southern city of Rafah. Since then, more than **55,000 food parcels** have been distributed to families in need. On Thursday, the initiative expanded to **Khan Younis**, where thousands of displaced Palestinians gathered at the Egyptian Committee headquarters to receive aid.

The distribution included flour, essential food items, baby formula, and personal hygiene supplies. In anticipation of harsh weather conditions, winter relief materials were also provided, including tarpaulins, tents, blankets, mattresses, and other critical necessities for families affected by recent storms.

Egyptian officials reaffirmed that these efforts are part of a broader humanitarian mission aimed at strengthening the resilience of Palestinians and ensuring the uninterrupted flow of assistance to Gaza’s population.
